Ten years in electrics teaches you one thing
Before Lumsky, ten years of electrical work: consumer units, renovations, whole houses. And always the same scene — the customer unpacks a light they have just bought, and we already know how it is going to end.
Cold white that flattens the room. Plastic pretending to be brass. Soldered LED, unreadable instructions. You fit it anyway — but that wasn't what light was supposed to be.
Lumsky is the answer: the lights we would have liked to find in the customer’s box. For the material, for the warm light, and designed to be fitted.

The roots
Electricity, first of all a family affair. The father wires, fits and repairs across the Pyrénées-Orientales.

Jérôme joins the trade and learns electrical work on site, alongside his father.
