Is the light warm or cool?

Warm (2700K), for a cosy atmosphere. No bluish neon-style white.

Do you need an electrician to install it?

Our products are designed with electricians for simple installation. Table lamps and rechargeable lamps: plug straight in. 230V wall light or ceiling light: simple wiring, clear instructions supplied.

What are the delivery times?

Preparation of 1 to 2 days then 3 to 5 days in transit, i.e. 4 to 7 business days on average, in France.

What if I don’t like the product?

You have 30 days to send it back and be refunded. Contact: support@lumsky.com.
