Terms and Conditions of Sale

This document sets out the payment rules and billing practices applicable in the Lumsky shop. By making a purchase on our site, you accept these terms.

1. Accepted payment methods

To guarantee the security and flexibility of your purchases, Lumsky accepts the following payment methods:

All transactions carried out on our site are made in Euros (€).

2. Payment process

  • Immediate payment: Payment in full is required when the order is confirmed.

  • Order confirmation: No order will be processed or dispatched until payment has been confirmed by our payment provider.

  • Payment failure: If your bank declines the transaction or if there are insufficient funds, the order will not be confirmed.

3. Prices and Taxes

  • Price display: All prices shown on the Lumsky site are in Euros (€).

  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in force at the time of your purchase.

  • Taxes and Charges: The total amount shown at checkout includes the price of the products, the applicable taxes (VAT) and the delivery charges (if applicable, although delivery is free in France under our current policy). No hidden charges will be added after confirmation.

4. Transaction security

The security of your banking details is our absolute priority.

  • SSL encryption: Our site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your information while it is transferred over the network.

  • Confidentiality: Lumsky never stores your bank card numbers or your sensitive payment information on its servers. Transactions are handled directly by secure, certified payment gateways.

5. Refunds and Disputes

  • Refunds: In the event of a return or a cancellation, refunds are made in accordance with our Refund Policy. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Disputes (Chargebacks): We encourage you to contact our customer service before starting a dispute procedure with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our team. We reserve the right to contest any unjustified chargeback.

6. Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, Lumsky reserves the right to check, suspend or cancel any order showing signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity. Additional identity verification may be requested for certain high-value orders.
